They gave us an a twin room with all modern facilities, the level of Inn. Exceptionally nice location near to Al Ghurair shopping center, all was superb.

It is in favourable location to Reef Mall, set a couple of blocks away from the hotel. The room is well priced. All the staff members are respectful and proactive.

It had central location close to Fish Roundabout. It was in an excellant area and there where bars and a restaurant.

The property was tidy and centrally located near to Al Ghurair entire mall. It had perfect and exceptionally nice location with access to laundry nearby.

Truly enjoyed the way my a twin room was arranged with tea/coffee facilities, double bed. The location in a very convenient area was good and there were shopping centers and a main market nearby.

The venue was centrally set in a very nice area. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

Stayed for 8 nights, the staff was very attentive during all this time. Also, location was favourable and perfect, within a close distance from Al Ghurair Mosque.

Actually, the room was a nice size, it also had hairdryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets. The location was magnificent by everything u want and the staff here was genuinely helpful.

There were well-equipped and brand-new rooms with the level of Inn or B&B and single bed plus mini bar.

Comfy beds, room was well-equipped and nicely furnished. The location was perfect and excellant, you can visit Fish Roundabout by walking. The hotel itself was in a very convenient area, near to the mall and metro and the Deira shopping center.

Perfect and hospitable accommodation with good setting near the restaurant, great malls and a night club under-or-near the hôtel. Centrally located near all attractions. Besides, easy to get to Al Ghurair Center...

Fruit juice and smoothies in the evenings were delicious. Room move to more comfortable option was seamlessly done. Housekeeping was always friendly and thorough. Reception kept credit for poolside orders. Delivered breakfast boxes were cold due to low occupancy, without hot drinks. Had to follow up for bathroom amenities.

The rooms were good but the staff were not very frineldy or helpful which was disappointing. Some of the TV channels listed did not work either. Air con did not always work effectively which is not good in hot countries. Bit noisy at night.

I felt the hotel was good value for money
